Privacy policy
Last updated:
1. Who we are
Lettras (lettras.org) is a product of Artificialss, based in Costa Rica. For anything about your data, write to info@artificialss.ai.
2. What you type
The text you style in Social Media Styles is processed only in your browser and never leaves it. You do not need an account.
The words you add in the generator and what you search among topics are sent to our database (hosted on Supabase) only to check the word and suggest others. We do not link them to you and they never go to analytics, but, like any request, they reach the provider together with your IP address.
3. Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure speed. They do not use cookies and do not identify you. They also record anonymous events, such as which button was pressed or which option was chosen, never your text.
If you accept the cookie notice, we also use Firebase Analytics (Google), which sets cookies and identifiers to understand how Lettras is used.
4. Cookies and your choice
The cookie notice appears the first time you visit. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and nothing from Firebase is loaded unless you accept.
We save your choice in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time with the Cookies link in the footer.
5. Advertising
Lettras is free and is meant to be supported by ads. No ads are shown today. Before showing any, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
6. Who else handles data
Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database) and, only if you accept, Google (Firebase Analytics). These providers may process data in other countries, including the United States, under their own safeguards.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to info@artificialss.ai. Depending on where you live, laws such as Costa Rica's Law 8968 or the EU GDPR also let you complain to your data protection authority.
8. Children
Lettras is a general puzzle site and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
